Our One City Plan can only be achieved if it is coordinated and aligned across organisations that are invested and mandated to deliver a positive impact on the city by 2045.

The plan is being delivered by the Council, the private and public sectors, and our residents.

The Plan defines five working groups
that build upon existing networks and established groups.

Each group will shape, influence, advise, challenge, champion and coordinate the physical development of the city to meet the sustainability objectives of the One City Plan. Together the working groups aim to ensure the city agrees and achieves 45 actions by 2045.

Each group will be chaired by a lead partner and will include representatives from the Council and relevant individuals and organisations.
